Kansas City Foot and Ankle is now the official podiatrists for The Kansas City Ballet

There is nothing more important to professional ballet dancers than their feet. And when one of the dancers has an issue, they go to the podiatrists at Kansas City Foot and Ankle to literally get back on their feet. KC Ballet has had Dr. John Riley and Dr. Brian Ware, practicing out of our Country Club Plaza office, keeping their ballet dancers on their toes for nearly 20 years. Now it's official.
"We're very excited about our new role as the official foot and ankle doctors for the KC Ballet," said Dr. Mark Green, the CEO, Chief Medical Officer, and Founder of Kansas City Foot and Ankle. He went on to say, "We're honored that the KC Ballet is trusting our team of highly trained foot specialists to keep their dancers healthy and happy . . . from the ankles down!"
The KC Ballet production of Cinderella is starting on February 17-26 at the Muriel Kauffman Theatre at the amazing Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts. We know for a fact that all the feet in the cast are in tip-top shape, so it will be a fantastic performance. According to the KC Ballet website:
THE WORLD’S MOST ADORED FAIRY TALE
A magical celebration of dreams fulfilled and true love’s triumph at Cinderella in Kansas City.
Devon Carney’s world-premiere choreography accompanied by Prokofiev’s captivating music brings this enchanting story to life. Enjoy a special twist on this favorite fairy tale where the characters are sure to delight. The Fairy Godmother, the pumpkin that becomes a carriage, fairies weaving spells, the handsome prince, and of course, the wicked stepmother and riotous, bumbling stepsisters all come together to tell this beloved story.
