Does insurance cover laser treatment?

Currently laser treatment for fungal toenails is not covered by medical insurance.  Dr. Green will diagnose your condition and recommend how many toenails should be treated. Kansas City Foot and Ankle offers three pricing levels depending on how many toes are treated.
